If you have a good quality photo of your loved one lost to Suicide, email it to us and we will design your PERSONALIZED PHOTO SHIRT and give you a link to order!

It will be a unique way to honor your loved one(s) and spread Suicide Prevention Awareness.

- A good quality photo of your loved one
- The name of your loved one
- Their year of birth / year of passing (optional)

And yes....
Make sure you have permission to get your loved one(s) photos and names printed on the shirt.

• You can have up to 2 of your loved ones on one shirt.
• Please provide us with high quality photos to ensure high-quality print.
• Delivery will be in around 2-3 weeks.
• This is a one time personalization fee of $9.99. 
  
• This $9.99 fee can be adjusted in the final order using a discount coupon.
• Once ready, we will email you a link to order.
• You can then purchase your preferred styles, sizes and colors
